The background in the Yellow Greca Talavera ceramic sink is mostly white. The motifs can be separated into six different bands, each one with a different decoration. This feature is what makes Talavera ceramic so beautiful. The outermost band is the rim and is combined using two colors: Blueand white, being the blue the most predominant one; the next band is an interleaved one using two colors: Green and red in a pattern similar to a rope, where each visible piece is interwoven to the other one; the third band is a squared pattern interleaved with flowers all the way around it; the fourth band is predominantly yellow, with very bright decorations, this band is the most predominant one among all others; the last band is actually separated into two parts, one part is composed of two yellow scales-like patterns and the central part is a circular one with green foliage in it.This ceramic sink is just an example of the exquisite beauty the Mexican craftsmen put on each item they create. It is handcrafted and handpainted, which means that no sinks are the same! There might be small differences in size, weight and even the paintings. If you want to delight somebody special with an unique handcrafted gift, this is what you are looking for!
